1. Review content

  • Title, subject, grade and instructions describe the right activity.
  • Every question is clearly worded with enough context.
  • Options are consistent and the correct answer keys are accurate.
  • Open responses include criteria, an expected answer or a rubric when needed for later review.
  • No questions remain duplicated, incomplete or outside the intended level.

2. Check structure and scoring

  • Each question’s points reflect its difficulty and importance.
  • The sum matches the total you want to use.
  • Duration allows enough time to read and respond.
  • Question and heading order makes sense to participants.
  • Competency alignment reflects what each question measures.

3. Open a preview

Use digital preview to check the participant experience. If printing, also check the printable preview for page breaks, spacing and associated sheets.

Preview helps find presentation errors but does not replace checks of answer keys, criteria and access permissions.

4. Complete the publication review

  1. Save changes

EvaluatIA requires the saved revision before preparing publication.

  2. Read warnings

Open each flagged issue, correct it where needed and confirm only cases you have reviewed.

  3. Configure access

Define participant identification and the security or availability controls you need.

  4. Confirm publication

Publish the reviewed version and share the access generated by the platform.

Frequently asked questions

Can I publish with pending warnings?

The workflow can require corrections or explicit confirmation depending on the warning type. Read them and review the flagged question before continuing.

Does preview change the assessment?

No. It displays the presentation. Changes are made and saved in the editor.
