How to enter an assessment
To start, you need the code shared by the evaluator. Required name, student ID, student account or security controls depend on that assessment’s settings.

Enter step by step
Open Enter assessment
Open the participant screen from EvaluatIA’s home or use the link shared with you.
Enter the code
Enter the access code exactly as received and press Continue.
Review the assessment found
Check the title and instructions before confirming your identity.
Fill in the requested details
Enter your name and, if required, student ID or code. Some assessments require signing in with a student account.
Complete security checks
If the assessment requires the desktop application, camera, microphone or secondary camera, follow the preparation displayed on screen.
Start and submit
Answer within the authorized session and confirm submission when finished.
Do you need to sign in?
Not every assessment requires an account. The evaluator may allow name-based access, require a roster code or restrict attempts to a student account.
Secure assessments and desktop mode require a valid student session. Use the account specified by your institution or evaluator.
If you cannot enter
- Check that the code is complete and has not expired.
- Ask the evaluator whether publication is still open.
- Use the correct student account if authentication is required.
- Grant only the camera or microphone permissions requested during assessment preparation.
- If you already started, return to the same browser and device when possible.
After submitting
The screen confirms submission status. Grades, correct answers and feedback appear only when publication settings and review status allow them.
When responses await review, the final result may not be available immediately.

Frequently asked questions
Can I enter with just my name?
It depends on the assessment. Some accept a name; others require student ID, student code or an authenticated account.
Why does it ask for the desktop application?
The evaluator enabled secure mode for that publication. Use the required application and account to continue.
