Institutional work

EvaluatIA for educational institutions

Institutional spaces connect personal accounts to an organization with access roles and scopes. Teams can manage members, share resources and view results without making personal drafts public.

Create an institution or join by invitation

A signed-in person can create an institution and become its first administrator, or accept an administrator’s invitation. Their personal account remains connected; no separate account is needed.

Administrators can use personal email invitations or role-based links. Invitations show the institution and roles before acceptance.

Roles, scopes and permissions

Access depends on institutional roles and assigned courses or areas. Member management, analysis and institution-wide sharing check those permissions before showing actions or data.

  • Administrators manage members, invitations and spaces.
  • Authorized directors and coordinators can open institutional analysis.
  • Teachers and other members see the courses, areas and resources within their scope.
  • Personal drafts remain private until their author chooses to share them.

Shared resources in context

Share your resource with a course, an area or, for permitted roles, the whole institution. Sharing preserves authorship; duplicating a template creates an independent copy.

The resource browser shows only content from spaces the person can view. Institutional access requires active membership, even for the resource’s creator.

Results and AyudantIA within authorized scopes

The institutional panel gathers graded assessments with institutional provenance and respects the user’s scope. It excludes quizzes, personal content without institutional provenance and incomplete grades.

AyudantIA is available to authorized directors, coordinators and administrators and answers about institutional data they may view. Answers can include periods, sources and evidence records, but interpretation can be wrong and must be checked against the evidence shown.

Team members write and edit improvement-plan actions. Tracking describes observed changes and does not establish a cause on its own.
