Prepare the game before opening the room
The teacher creates or adapts a Quiz, reviews questions and opens a live session. The host screen shows the code and can generate a QR for easier entry.
Before starting, EvaluatIA indicates any questions incompatible with the live format that must be skipped. Check correct answers, timing and how options will appear.

Wait for the host
The game can start with at least one connected participant; the teacher decides when to start and move to the next round.
What happens during each round
- Questions and options appear according to the Quiz settings.
- Each participant submits an answer from their device.
- The round ends when time runs out or progression conditions are met.
- Compatible answers are graded when the round closes.
- Solutions, points and rankings appear according to session settings and state.
What a Live Quiz is and how to use it
It is designed for a synchronous activity with a host. The session must be open and participants must keep the same browser to preserve their game identity.
For an assessment students complete with a code, its own access controls and possible later review, use Enter assessment.
Native Quizzes include live mode. Starting an Assessment as a Live Quiz depends on a monthly feature; AI credits alone do not enable it.

Frequently asked questions
Do participants need an account?
Not for regular Live Quiz access. They enter the code and a name. An account adds profile options, such as reusing a saved character.
Where do I find the code?
The six-digit code appears on the host’s main screen. It can also be shared with a QR.
Can every assessment question be used in a Quiz?
Not necessarily. The room informs the teacher when a question is incompatible and will be skipped.
