Before you start

  • Sign in with an evaluator account.
  • Define the learning or content you want to check.
  • Prepare the materials you want to use as sources.
  • Check generation availability and the usage shown for the operation in the platform.

Create the draft step by step

  1. Choose Assessment or form

In the creation workflow, select the content type and the option to start with AI.

  2. Describe the expected result

Include topic, purpose, subject, grade and requirements. Specific instructions help produce a coherent structure.

  3. Define questions, difficulty and points

Review the number, question formats, difficulty and total points before continuing.

  4. Add sources

Upload a file, add a link or choose a library material. Wait until each source is marked ready.

  5. Confirm competencies

If the assessment uses them, choose the country and system. You can also confirm No competencies.

  6. Review the summary and generate

Check the final settings. Generation creates a draft and opens it for editing in EvaluatIA.

What to do when a source is not ready

Do not generate while a source is processing or shows an error. Wait, remove it or add it again. With multiple sources, check that all fit the assessment scope.

General knowledge and source-scope options change the context used. Read the interface summary before sending the request.

After generation

  • Read every question and remove repetition or ambiguity.
  • Check options, answer keys, expected answers and scores.
  • Adjust duration, instructions and competency alignment.
  • Save and open a preview before starting publication.

Frequently asked questions

Can I generate from a description alone?

Yes, if settings allow general knowledge. You can also restrict generation to the sources you add.

What if generation fails?

Keep the visible settings, check sources and retry. If the feature or balance is unavailable, the interface indicates the relevant block.
