What does AI assessment creation do?
The tool uses your purpose, subject, grade, topic and structure to prepare questions in a draft. You can specify the number of questions, total points, difficulty and formats you need.
You can also use files, links or library materials once those sources are available and fully processed. EvaluatIA blocks generation with a source that is not ready until you remove or prepare it again.

Describe what you want to assess
Specify the topic, purpose, level, number of questions and any important conditions.
Set up the structure
Review points, duration, difficulty, question types and, where applicable, the competency system.
Add and check sources
Wait until each material is marked ready and decide whether generation must stay within those sources.
Generate and open the editor
The result remains a draft so you can edit questions, answers, scores and instructions.
Preview and publish
Save changes, review the digital or printable version and configure access before sharing it.

Limits to keep in mind
Generation requires an evaluator account, a valid session and an available AI feature. Some operations may depend on the credit balance shown in the platform.
Automatic grading does not turn every answer into a final grade. Short, open, media analysis or programming answers may await review, depending on settings and response type.

Yes. EvaluatIA offers manual creation and template or document workflows, depending on the content you want to prepare.
Is the assessment published when generation finishes?
No. Generation creates a draft. You must review it, save changes and complete the publication workflow.
Can I use my own materials?
Yes, when the format and source are supported. The interface confirms that each source is ready before allowing generation.
